I abide by the laws of NJ on the sales of puppies. "New Jersey-A
buyer has l4 days to get a dog or cat declared unfit for sale due to illness and up to six months (I give up to a year) for
congenital or hereditary disorders. The owner can get a refund or exchange, or retain the animal and be reimbursed for veterinary
bills up to twice the cost of the dog or cat"
Before placing a puppy in a new home. prospective buyers must provide me with a vet reference and at least two
other reference from a friend, neighbor etc. Sometimes I will require a home visit. I would love all of my puppies to be spayed and or neutered. Some may even come with a limited registration,
but please let me know if you interested in breeding or showing. I also require to be notified if there is a change of address after purchase....I like to keep track of where
all my grandkids are!! All puppies are
will come up to date on shots. (I don't vaccinate before 7 weeks because it is pointless as the pups still
are protected by their mothers antibodies in the milk) a health guarantee, Vet checked at least twice, all dewormings
and registration papers. Weekly weight and food charts along with pictures and a toy to take home will also be provided. Puppies
will be available NO earlier then 9 to 10 weeks. This makes sure that the puppies have matured both mentally and emotionally
and will spend the most valuable time of development with their littermates learning to socialize and play. I also am providing each puppy with a life time take back guarantee
which means that, I the breeder will take back a dog, free of charge, that I have sold for any reason at any
age. Example reasons: - Dog owner is selling home can't take dog to new home
- Dog/puppy
is too much or has become too much for family to handle
- Death in family
- Owner no longer capable to provide "proper" care for the dog/ puppy
- etc........
IN other words.....I don't want anything I have created
to end up in a shelter, unwanted or in a harmful situation. No questions asked, I will happy to take the dog back
and help find it a new home or in some cases keep it Again I will not be giving money back for the dog / puppy
unless it is within the time frame were a refund is due.
